Typable tilting kettle
Our new M5 cook er has a new control panel in the form of a graphical touchscreen that provides a clear overview and is easy to use. There is also the possibility to control multiple functions at the same time. Below are some examples of smart and user-friendly features for the M5 Mini - 50 L.

Smart features
The cooking function uses dual power stages and an accurate temperature measurement. The cooking process can also be timed. When the set time has expired, a warming program takes over. At high temperatures, it is also possible to cook directly in the cooking pot. The cooking function on the Midi and Maxi versions also includes a completely new program for fermenting dough.
The M5 generation steam kettle comes with electronically controlled steaming as standard. The control electronics of the steam kettle are also equipped with a programming function where different programs can be stored in the memory. This both simplifies and increases the efficiency of cooking.
Construction
400mm tipping height (400 liters has 550mm). Technical design according to SS-EN 13886. The cooking pot is in stainless steel with fully welded pot in acid-proof stainless steel.Hygienic construction with a minimum of components on the outside of the cooker.Well-insulated pot for good stability, low external temperature and high energy efficiency.The pressure vessel is designed so that the heating elements are under water regardless of the position of the vessel. No dry cooking is possible.Automatic water filling of the steam jacket of the pot.Wide heavy lip on the pot minimizes spillage and ensures that the strainer plate does not fail.All equipment required to operate tilting kettle and the agitator is located in the right-hand column of the pot.Very easy service access via the cooking pot column with only one lock per service door.Work switch for electrical connection integrated in the right-hand column of the cooking pot.Water connections fitted with pre-closing valves and backdraft protection type EB according to SS-EN 1717. The cooker can be adapted at the factory for electricity and water connection from the floor, from the wall/installation duct or from the ceiling.Electrical connection only for Cu cable. Cover
Hinged spring-balanced plastic lid with integrated inspection grid. The insulating properties of the material result in over 20% lower surface temperature than a stainless steel lid at normal operating and ambient temperatures, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the cooker.Insulating plastic lids significantly reduce the risk of burns and save energy compared to stainless steel lids.Plastic lids for a good working environment with more than 20dB (A) lower noise level than a stainless steel lid. The noise level for a plastic lid is well below the Swedish Work Environment Authority's limit values, unlike a stainless steel lid.The lid can be rotated around its axis, which provides an ergonomic working position and a minimum of spills/splashes when cleaning.
Cooking
Electronically controlled boiling function with dual power stages and advanced temperature measurement with very high accuracy.The cooking function can be programmed for automatic activation of the heat retention function after a set time and for delayed start at a certain time. 95% efficiency measured according to EFCEM standard. Energy measurement via e-log. Energy consumption is summarized locally in the cooker's electronics and can be displayed on the touch screen.
Water filling, stew pot
Fully automatic water filling with flow measurement in deciliter resolution.Water spout located on the pot, under the lid for best hygiene.Manually controlled water filling possible at any time via button on the control panel.
