M6 offers a wide range of accessories for tilting kettle such as sous vide baskets, strainer plate, foot pedal and canteen cradle to improve kitchen efficiency. M6 is also equipped with automatic cleaning programs and the ACT dishwashing accessory, a tool that quickly and efficiently cleans the pot rack and reduces the workload, saving time and making daily work easier.
Dipstick
The measuring stick is used to obtain continuous control of the utilized volume in the tilting kettle. Perfectly adapted to be hung on the edge of the pot vessel.
Sil plate
The silo plate is an invaluable accessory when emptying, for example, potatoes or pasta water. The stable sieve plate is mounted with a simple handle in the estuary of the pot vessel.
Shower gun
Make it easy to clean the pot. The shower gun is impact resistant and allows to adjust both the concentration and pressure of the beam. The shower gun can easily be hung on the pillars of the pot and comes with a mixing battery for hot and cold water.
Foot pedal
Allows you to have both hands free when working with the pot. As long as the foot pedal is pressed, the stirrer is allowed to rotate 20 rpm with the lid open. Like the button, the foot pedal can also be used for manual water filling and for tipping the vessel. All functions can be used simultaneously, which makes it easier to cool pasta, for example.
ACT Washing-up tool
The ACT (Advanced Cleaning Tool) is a tool that quickly and efficiently cleans the pot pan and reduces the workload. The dishwashing tool is controlled by a simple and complete dishwashing system with three pre-set programs. Select the program, add a tablet of ACTab detergent and the washing starts and runs automatically. Just rinse before it is ready to use again.
- ACT is able to clean a pot without prior soaking, which reduces water and energy consumption. This means better operating economy and less environmental impact.
- ACT washes with the same efficiency time after time (accuracy increases as the washing process becomes more uniform with less influence from external factors).
- ACT has a new unique round dishwashing brush that also rotates around its own axis. This means it rinses off as it goes and stays free of food debris throughout the washing process.
- ACT significantly increases efficiency as the washing process is faster and even more effective with our proprietary ACTab washing tablets.
Canteen cradle
A revolutionary combined cradle and shelf for the casserole dish. The cradle rotates together with the pot in the tipping movement, allowing portioning in canteens without buckets, ladles and mess. Easily fill up one canteen at a time with any product. Turn the cradle half a turn and it locks into a position that provides an optimal storage area for milk packages directly adjacent to the pot. Place a 20 liter milk carton on the shelf and let the milk flow through the lid grid while the agitator is working. Simple, safe and ergonomic.
Sous Vide baskets
Baskets attached to the stirring tool of the cooking pot for cooking vacuum-packed food with sous vide. Available in two different sizes, 25 litres for 100, 200, 300 and 400 litre tilting kettleand 13 litres for 50, 75 and 150 litre tilting kettle.
Tool cart
The tool trolley facilitates the movement and storage of, for example, sieve plates and discharge plates. The trolley is made of stainless steel and is available in versions for two or four sets of tools.
