Restaurant Himmel och Pannkaka cooks for elderly care and daily activities. The municipal business makes 500-700 meals a day. The main focus is on good, nutritious food and the menu consists of main courses and simple starters and desserts for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also open to the general public and caters mainly for older people living in the area.

-Think outside the box, you can use it for much more than just boiling.

In the pictures you can see Martin Blom & Gustav Lindhé making batter for fish quenelles. Perfect to make in the pot as you can both mix/mix the batter and keep it cold with the help of the refrigeration.
