M6 tilting kettle can be tailored to the specific needs of the kitchen, with different tipping heights and customized installations such as the Bolt-Less option for easy installation without damaging the floor waterproofing. Drain valve
Butterfly valve in hygienic design for draining the pot vessel or connecting the pump. Made entirely of stainless steel with gasket of EPDM. Can be supplied in sizes 2" and 3" and in ISO or SMS version.
Electricity connection
The electrical equipment of the pot can be adapted for other mains voltages.
State of readiness
In case of crisis, M6 can activate an emergency mode that ensures continued cooking even if the water or electricity supply is interrupted. Set whether you have access to water or not, reduce power if needed, and you're back to cooking.
Pillar
The pot's technology and support columns can be customized in several different widths to make it possible to install new pots at existing floor drains where there were previously pots of other brands. It is also possible to customize the location of electricity and water connections and whether the technology column should be on the right or left side.
Electrical outlet
Power socket. 230V, max 10A located in the front of the technology column. For connecting an appliance, such as a hand blender.
M6 variants
- M6: Traditional tip height of 400 mm.
- M6 Hi: Has a higher tip height of 600 mm, providing better ergonomics and easier dispensing.
- M6 BL: Bolt-Less installation, completely free-standing on legs and does not need to be bolted to the floor. No drilling that could damage the floor waterproofing is required. Tipping height 600 mm.
