COOKING
Electronically controlled boiling function with dual power stages and advanced temperature measurement with very high accuracy.
The cooking function can be programmed for automatic activation of the heat-holding function after a set time and for a delayed start at a specific time.
95% efficiency depending on pot size measured according to EFCEM standard.
Energy measurement via e-log. Energy consumption is summed up locally in the electronics of the cooking pot and can be displayed on the touch screen.
WATER FILLING, TILTING KETTLE
Fully automatic water filling with flow measurement in decilitre resolution.
Water-pip placed on the tilting kettle, under the lid for best hygiene.
Manually controlled water filling possible at any time via button on control panel.
STIRING
Bottom stirrer that can make mashed potatoes from 100% filled casserole. Speed 5-155 rpm. 6 preset programs with different stirring patterns and acceleration times allow for everything from very gentle stirring of delicate products to vigorous stirring and whisking. All with one stirring tool. The stirrer can be programmed to stop after a certain time as well as programmed for a delayed start at a certain time.
Short stirring shaft to facilitate manual mixing and cleaning of the pot. Lightweight stirring tool for good ergonomics. Quiet stirrer. Less than 60dB (A) in normal operation. Continuous independent monitoring of stirrer speed provides high safety as standard.
CORE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Core temperature control/mat temperature control that controls the cooking function using the temperature of the product. Ideal for delicate ingredients and products that overcook easily.
gs-doc for logging HACCP data locally in the pot is included. The last hours' data is stored on a rolling basis in the cooking pot's electronics and is available for display on the touch screen.
