If there is a need for temporary extra capacity, to put away the cooking pot when not in use, the possibility of sharing a tilting kettle between several departments or to transport cooked food, M4 Mini mobile is a given option.
The kettle is available in the sizes 50, 75 and 100 liters net volume and is, like the M5 Mini , equipped with automatic water filling in the jacket, water filling in the vessel via flow meter, electric steaming and electronically controlled cooking with double power steps. The cooking pot is placed on four swivelling, lockable wheels and one of the wheels can also be locked in direction for easy movement. The cooker is also equipped with two handles for good ergonomics.
